Christian Siriano’s collection wasn’t exactly a hot tranny mess (his own words!) but the Project Runway winner has so much potential that he’s wasting and coasting on his celebrity.
Celebrities will definitely love this line for red carpets and when he focused on a white, safari inspiration he found a certain wearability.
Still, he seems to be missing his own original point of view and is very referential to past great designers. Maybe that isn’t a bad thing but it would be nice to see something new from him.
Lots of beautiful prints and long flowy dresses seems to be a trend this season! At least Siriano threw in some interesting shapes and colors!
And my favorite looks from the collection-white with brown belts. Classic!
