Last week, thanks to the magic of Twitter, I discovered the adorable and affordable Bobbie Luxe!I’ve been looking for a dress to wear to my birthday dinner on Friday night and I couldn’t pass up their Miss Golightly dress when I saw that it was only $26!
When it arrived on Saturday (it only took three days to ship from California with standard!) I was so excited that I put it on immediately. The BBF asked me to walk around Newbury St. and I warily agreed despite the heat. I decided not to fight the humidity and let my hair do its own natural thing.

(Dress: Miss Golightly at BobbieLuxe, Necklace: Green Horn by White Moth, Shoes: Black/Green Low Cut Raffia C/O Soludos)
This might have been a terrible mistake…
It was so sticky outside that I couldn’t even think about jewelry. I left my usual stacking rings, watch, and necklaces at home. I slipped on my flat espadrilles and pulled my favorite light pendant on and figured I was good to go.
One of the things that I really like about the Miss Golightly is that the front is a simple black dress but it has a fun, cut out back. Unfortunately, I didn’t get a good picture of it but you can see how flattering the cut of the dress is!
